Trotz Fitness Cardiovascular workouts are designed to balance three factors for maximum effectiveness and safety: frequency, intensity, and duration. You will also need to include a warm-up period before you enter the target intensity period of your workout and a cool-down period before the end of your workout.

Trotz Weight Training

Trotz Fitness Weight training is a type of strength training that uses weights for resistance. By creating stress to the muscles performed with free weights (e.g. barbells and dumbbells) or by using weight machines, these exercises will enable muscles to be activated and get stronger. Effective weight training depends on proper technique.

Trotz Fitness CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high-intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc. Many workouts feature variations of squats, push-ups, and weight lifting that last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles.

Trotz Boxing & Kick-Boxing

Trotz Fitness Kickboxing & Boxing is a form of martial arts derived from karate. It borrows moves from multiple types of martial arts including full-contact karate, Muay Thai, and boxing.  this type of martial art uses both hands and feet as points of contact. Kicks and punches are both used during kickboxing. And Boxing is also a form of martial arts were the fighters uses their hands. The final winner will be decided based on the points won by a fighter

Primarily it’s to motivate, educate and coach the client to achieving results and attaining their personal fitness goals. Trotz Aerobics & Zumba

Trotz Fitness Aerobic & Zumba dance exercise is any physical activity that makes you sweat causes you to breathe harder and gets your heart beating faster than at rest. Aerobic & Zumba dance strengthens your heart and lungs and trains your cardiovascular system to manage and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently throughout your body. Aerobic & Zumba dance uses your large muscle groups, is rhythmic in nature all these training will be choreographed by an instructor for a dedicated time and trained along with the music

Trotz Yoga & Mindfulness

Yoga is usually defined as union: union between the limited self and the Divine Self. The aim of Yoga is not really to unite us with anything for we are already united. It is to help us realize our identity with the Divine Self, to make us know and tune into our intrinsic nature. There are many definitions of Yoga, which apply to all levels of existence and awareness. At the physical level, we need to harmonize the functions of different organs, muscles and nerves so that they do not hamper or oppose each other.
